500 mL of 100 mM EDTA at pH 7.0

 14.61 g EDTA in ~250mL water

  pH to 7.0 and top up to 500 mL

1L TE buffer @ 10mM Tris pH 8.0 and 1mM EDTA

  10 mL Tris 8.0 stock, 10 mL EDTA stock, top up to 1L

1L P1 buffer @ 50 mM Tris pH 8.0 and 10 mM EDTA

 50 mL Tris 8.0 stock

 100 mL 100 mM EDTA stock

 (RNaseA to be added at usage time)

1L  PE

10mM Tris-HCL pH 7.5, 80% ethanol

842 mL  95% ethanol (equiv to 800 ml of 100% ethanol)

10ml Tris 7.5 1M stock

top up to 1L with distilled water
