- Retreived autoclaved epi tubes.
- Transform and spread plate K235009, 13, 14, 16 and 17.
- Incubation started at 2.45 - 5.30; an extra 45 minutes...
Fri:
- Broth culture
Sat:
- Put broth culture in fridge.
Mon:
- Miniprep parts
- Gel
- Cryopreserve

Hey guys, I never got a call back from the guy in my lab so I have no clue when I'm doing that stuff tomorrow. I can come by after 2:30 if I don't have to do anything in there but don't count on me :(.
I took a look at the CBR site and briefly scanned the sequencing page and I got the impression that we just give them DNA and they amplify and take care of the rest.... (ie they add dNTPs ect.) Maybe I'm wrong but is anyone 100% on this?
