- Our assemblies K235019, 20, 21 all have excellent growth.

- The two new parts J23070 (new ribokey) has a few colonies

- J04630 (GFP + stop: to use as a control) has none so far

- E0240, C0012 and K115017 all have a few

- R0051 stab plate did have good growth despite being in the fridge for quite a while.

The shaking incubator is not currently here and Dr. Upton says maybe it's being repaired?

Anyway, I guess it means we're wating until it comes back? If it's not back tomorrow we'll just use the non-shaking water bath anyway.
