Subculturing one each of K235019, K..20, K..21, J23070, E0240, C0012, K115017, R0051; all to be cultured overnight at 37C with shaking.

 

Also, subculturing 4 samples of K235014 to culture overnight without shaking; one each at room temperature (benchtop), 37C (cabinet),  42C (water bath), and 46C (tube heater).

 

Used 250uL old culture in 1.75mL new LB plus antibiotic.  (8.75uL Amp, or 4.375uL Kan)
